About STRING THEORY by Ray Brimble

Welcome!! My name is Ray Brimble.  I have lived in Austin, Texas for the past 28 years, but frequently travel and do business all over the world. I am also very involved in philanthropy and social impact investing as well as generally curious about just about everything else.  In other words, I am all over the map, both literally and figuratively!

You have come to my "String Theory by Ray Brimble" blog site.
String theory refers to a very esoteric scientific thesis which seeks to describe how the Universe was formed, and how it all stays together. Its also about the connectivity of all forces and things. String theory seeks to explain a “common denominator”. 
The blog is the place for writings, ponderings and images about our world and times . Its not only interesting, but also unusual, and full of unique people, opportunities, ventures, and most of all stories.  Ah yes.... the stories! That's what I'm talkin' 'bout. This blog is about capturing the stories I read, I hear, and even some that I have written and told myself.

On a semi-regular basis, I will drag out a few of these stories kicking and screaming and post them on this blog.  Perhaps you will whisper to yourself, "what does this all mean"? Or perhaps you might be asked, "why do you even find this interesting"? It all depends, of course, on which part of the string you discover and which you pull.
